Position: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) OFFICER

 

The incumbent will be required to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks of the organization. S/He will be also be required to install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware / software faults and solve technical and application problems either over telephone or in person. S/He will be responsible to manage data, application, AD, forefront, WSUS communication and backup servers.

 

Education: 

Candidates should be Graduate preferably in computer science from recognized university

Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience 

 

Preferred Skills:

• CCNA: CISCO Certified Network Associate
• MCITP: Microsoft Certified IT Professional
• Working knowledge of windows 2003-8/XP and Windows 7(domain / client) environment
• Having concepts / experience with LAN or WAN networking technologies and firewalls
• Strong theoretical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on windows XP / 7 and Ms Office applications

Additional skills:

Good concepts of TCP / IP and other related protocols
