Berger Paints Pakistan Limited is looking for Regional Sales Managers at Karachi & Lahore, It’s a Middle Management Position involving day to day decision making to handle various business affairs with in authorized limits Qualification: MBA (Sales & Marketing) Experience: 5 to 10 years Location : Karachi & Lahore No of Positions: 2 Job Purpose: The core role is responsible for making annual sales target, implementation of business strategies, policies and SOPs, leading and mentoring of team, building healthy relations with customers to achieve company’s objective effectively on regional basis Job Description: • Responsible for the Sales orders from customers on territorial sales target basis. • Monitoring the achievement of collection as per collection targets on territorial basis. • Winning the own sales incentive on Quarterly basis. • Responsible for the submission of quality complaint form on timely basis. • Assessing the expansion in retail network on territorial basis • Responsible for the timely feedback on competitor activities i.e. price increases, new product launches and sales promotional schemes on territorial basis. • Analyzing the accuracy in group product wise forecasting (with minimum variation) on territorial and regional basis. • Responsible for providing the product knowledge and awareness of special products to Sales Team • Responsible for the effective branding through Shop boards and House boards on territorial basis. Ideal Candidate must be MBA with 5-10 years ( preferably from paint industry )of proven track record Exposure to Decorative paints selling will be a definite plus.
