Job Description:
  • Organises all  travel related documents
  • ŸMaintains contact with services providers
  • ŸEnsures proper logistical support for all the movements
  • ŸEnsure the necessary administrative related work
  • ŸEnsure good customer service for concerned files
  • ŸOrganises visas and other administration issues
  • ŸOrganises accommodation and hotel booking
