a) PhD in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field as determined by HEC.
b) M Phil or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution. 4 years of Public Health teaching/research experience in a recognized university or a post graduate institution or professional experience in Public Health field in a national or international organization.
c) At least one publication related to Public Health in a peer reviewed journal.
a) MBBS or equivalent from a HEC/PMDC recognized university/institution with no 3rd division in the academic career or at least 2nd class in Masters' degree in Public Health or related discipline like Sociology/Anthropology/Statistics.
b) No experience is required but may receive preference in selection.

3. Deputy Registrar:
a) Masters in Social Science from a HEC recognized University/Institution.
b) 10-12 years of an experience as Assistant Registrar in a HEC recognized University/Institution.
c) Expert in written and verbal Communication.
d) Must have computer and IT Skills.
e) Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally (in one-on-one and group settings) and in writing.
f) Knowledge of academic student record keeping in a setting of higher education.
g) Knowledge and ability with online student records and registration systems.
h) Proven qualifications of leadership, accuracy, initiative, and organization.
i) Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, and students, and community members and to effectively deal with potential public relations problems courteously and tactfully.
j) Ability to work with diverse constituencies, individually and as a group.
k) Willingness to work on a flexible schedule as required (includes evenings, weekends and /or summers).
a) Must have done Master's Degree particularly in HR/Finance.
b) Assist the Deputy Registrar in performing and fulfilling his/her job responsibilities.
c) Must have IT knowledge and skills.
d) Must have some administrative experience which includes Filing and Record Keeping.
a) University degree in Public Health /Social sciences or equivalent from a HEC recognized university.
b) Must have minimum 4 years working experience in coordination/administration directly with donors or other institutions/universities.
c) Must have multi-sectorial working experience.
d) Comprehensive knowledge of the internet and computer.
e) Knowledge of policies, procedures and practices of the Program and the Organization.
f) Experience in process documentation, submitting proposals, grants, scientific manuscripts and record management.
