- Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
- Ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner
- Respect the importance of confidentiality
- Proficient in HR rules & regulations & aware of HR laws
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Should have well written, verbal and analytical skills, and be able to respond well under pressure
- Should be an MBA preferably in Human Resource from a recognized institution
