Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Receptionist
- Holds Bachelor Degree
- Good health and personal hygiene.
- Alert and vigilant
- Basic literacy and math skills.
- Good communication and IT skills.
- Responsiveness to direction and willingness to learn.
Job Description:
- Supervises, leads guides and supports the cleaner/Helper and cook.
- Prepare time sheets for support staff.
- Arrange hotel reservation for field staff and track record.
- Support to HR and Admin for record keeping and filing.
- Greet and direct visitors and callers, as appropriate.
- Provide information about programs and services, as requested and appropriate;
- Operate the telephone switchboard and place calls, as requested;
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate phone logs;
- Process and document incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Keep guidelines and procedures while performing any of the mentioned responsibility
- Prepare mail pouches, including transmittal sheets, for field offices;
- Keep close contact with the courier services for safe and fast delivery of mail to the field offices.
- Supervise the office stationery store, including ordering and distribution of stationery supplies and basic office equipment in coordination.
- Manage petty cash for kitchen.
- Keep record of all visitors taking meal and charge them on daily basis for food.
- Perform other duties, as needed or requested.
