Strategy Executive - Islamabad

Position Purpose:

The purpose of the position within the Strategy unit is to be responsible for the corporate strategy formulation process, coordinating and following up with cross functional teams to work on strategic initiatives

Degree(s)/Major(s)

Preferably a Masters Degree from a reputable university

Experience Required:

• More than 2 years of work experience
• Experience in Strategy or Business Development preferred
• Financial Services experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual 3 year Strategy formulation 
• Holistic approach to the annual strategy formulation process ensuring that all business aspects are tackled effectively
• Stake Holder Management 
• Drive, facilitate and develop the annual business plan derived from strategic initiatives
• Aligning departmental objectives with 3 year strategy and follow up on department's plan to deliver on the strategy
• Working with all international donor organizations and other stakeholders of the industry 
• Preparing Group Strategy sessions, Board Meetings and all external stakeholder communication
