We are looking for human resources Internee's, who can
perform the following specific responsibilities:
- Updating various databases including the grievance log, applicant flow, HRIS, etc.
- Researching and collecting data for various HR initiatives
- Networking with external resources
- Performing Reference and background checks
- Preparing materials for orientation
- Preparing all new hire paperwork
- Possibly conducting interviews
- Advertising all open job positions
- Creating new personnel files
- Recruits and screens employees to fill vacant positions
- Attends recruiting events including job fairs and kiosks
- Post recruiting signs and flyers in the area
- Calls applications and conducts initial phone interviews
- Supports and role models standards of conduct, respect for diversity among co-workers and visitors
- Prepares recruiting materials
- Manage Leave Records
- General filing and HR compliance
- Human Resources administrative duties
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive or confidential information
- Assists administratively with the interview and hiring process
- Performs other duties as assigned
