United States Employee Association (USEA) is recruiting for
F&B Manager with relevant Western or International F&B experience who
shall directly oversee all food & beverage operations of USEA.
Responsibilities
- The F&B Manager oversees all food & beverage operations of USEA. F&B Manager will be responsible for developing budgets, new menus, sales targets, control costs, quality control and for purchasing stock.
- F&B Manager will develop, implement and evaluate systems of control, developing and updating standard procedures.
- F&B Manager will develop and monitor staff in obtaining the highest standards of service and customer care and will take responsibility for and monitor the training and development of all F&B staff.
- Responsible for managing food costs, upholding menu standards and controlling inventory.
- Review new techniques for food preparation and presentation in a manner and variety that maximizes member and guest satisfaction and minimizes food costs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of food and its preparations, trends, nutrition and competition in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of wine, liquor, beer and bartending.
- Strong background in menu costing, ability to maintain price and inventory and experience in maintainingconsistancy in recipe preparation.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills. Ability to motivate staff, demonstrated problem solving skills, proven negotiation skills and analytical ability.
- Quick learner and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Excellent computer skills with full command of Microsoft Outlook & MS Office.
- Knowledge of styles of service such as ala carte, buffet, casual dining, fine dining, quick service and catering.
