Guest Service Agent – Islamabad
Job Purpose
Successful candidate will be responsible to support and
deliver excellent customer service to drive an
outstanding Etihad guest experience which is aligned with Etihad
Airways corporate values. Responsible in coordinating, welcoming of
guests, offer special attention to VIPs, CIPs, UMs, YPs, Disabled Passengers,
and Families etc. and achieve optimum customer satisfaction and on-time
departure of flights
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
- Controls as directed, flight-handling activities such as flight editing, check-in, transfers, boarding etc, in order to ensure a high service standard.
- Perform the profiling and scrutinizing of travel documents of passengers, in order to reduce visa infringement cases and protect revenue
- Acts as point of liaison for 3rd party check-in staff, monitoring third party activities to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with Etihad Airways values and requirements.
- Plays an active role during delays and disruption whilst ensuring that our guests are cared for in the most appropriate manner.
- Provides meet and greet, escort and queue combing duties as required.
- Takes an active role in emergency response and business continuity activations and exercises.
- Ensures that opportunities to optimize excess baggage revenues are identified and delivered.
- Meets and greets guests, paying special attention to those with special needs.
- Other ad hoc duties as detailed by the business as and when required
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education with 1-3 years customer service experience; airline experience is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal English language
- Computer literate
- Function specific licenses for tasks performed, where required e.g. load control
The Individual
This role operates within a regulated environment and you
will be required to work on a shift pattern. Incumbent must have right to live
and work in country applied for, Etihad will not sponsor any work permit
