Medical/Social Officer

Essential Job Functions:
- Arrangement of medical training's.
- Meetings & coordination with Health department and health officials.
- Coordination with Public hospitals of KP/FATA finalizing the list of In-kind equipment, as and when required.
- Coordination with different referral institutions like PIPOS, PRCS, PHSA.
- Reporting on activities under component-1 (Medical / social).
- Compiling medical beneficiaries file for record.
- Keeping track record of Psycho-social consultant for the group and individual counseling.
- Coordination with Vocational training institute for providing Psycho-social assistance to beneficiaries.
- Review all files related to medical assistance of beneficiaries and provide feedback to Team Lead.
- Coordination with other internal departments (procurement, administration, operation, Grants).
- Any other duty assigned by Team Lead and or senior management.
- Master in Public Health, preferably MBBS from a HEC accredit university, with a valid registration from PMDC
- At least 2-4 years of working experience with the INGO with main responsibilities to conduct training and coordination with the government and other partner organization.
- Have sound knowledge of working with the communities to develop the partnership between the government and community with the sense of owner ship and sustainability.
- Is a team member involved in designing the monitoring and supervision tools for the project activities and outputs related to medical activities?
- Strong interpersonal communication skill and excellent report writing skills.
- Should be a computer literate, specially Microsoft office
- Fluent in English and knowledge of local languages
- Travel to regional offices and worksites; up to 25%
- Normal office conditions.
