Job Location: Sukkur (Sindh)
Reporting to: Country Office Islamabad (Respective Head)
Responsible for: All staff of DRR & Emergencies Response Project
Working relationship: Provincial Coordinators/District Coordinators

Job Description:
1. To prepare implementation plan and ensure project targets achievement as per the project proposal of the DRR.
2. To deliver technical assistance in context of DRR and facilitate the staff at field level.
3. Design training manuals and capacity development tools and orient the appropriate staff through trainings.
4. Deliver timely assistance to technical staff at field office level and ensure all activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
5. To be deployed at field level for a specific period of time to ensure timely project run up and smooth implementation as per approved proposal.
6. To conduct proper supervision of the DRR Project to ensure that all parts of the projects are properly functioning under a controlled mechanism.
7. To ensure that mobilization, capacity development and training plans are timely submitted and followed accordingly.
8. To conducts visits of the program areas to supervise/ monitor and deliver technical assistance to ensure qualitative results.
9. To receive report on project progress and monthly progress report regularly.
10. To receive the monitoring analysis reports on weekly basis and improve the gaps accordingly.
11. To conduct gaps analysis for the expansion of DRR Program.
12. To conduct quarterly /end of project SWOT analysis for the improvements tools.
13. To coordinate with stakeholders including NDMA, PDMA, DRR Networks and other relevant government line departments at all levels to keep them informed with project implementation and ensure their involvement for having sustainable exist strategy.
14. To prepare the project related final reports as required.

Required Qualification & Experience:
1) Master degree in Social Sciences preferably Diploma/Training in DRR
2)3 years’ experience in managing and implementing the DRR/First Aid/Emergency Project
