Trainee Manager Karachi

Global One information Technology require:

Manager to lead and manage the Medical Transcription Business.

Education: The requirements are an MBA  preferably majors in Operations (Production) Management, HR, IT. Marketing majors are not required.  A BS (CS/IT) from reputable university is preferable.

Experience: He must have 3 years of consecutive experience of managing  a department/ team in an IT company.  Preferably he must be managing all areas (production/operations, hr, it, etc)  of the department.

• He will be managing the entire MT business independently and taking care of all areas (Production, HR, IT, customer support, Administrative, etc).
• This is a position that requires a dynamic and committed person with strong competencies in ALL business areas and solid ethical values.
• He should be able to work under pressure and with deadlines.
• He should be a fast learner with excellent time, people and energy management skills.
• The person after getting trained must be able to take work independently with no supervision and will  report directly to the Ceo of the company.
• We require a commitment, if hired, to work for the company for atleast 1 year and to provide a successor.
•  He should have his own conveyance.
•  The company culture is fast paced and global.

Job Description:

The Trainee manager after initial training will be looking after the entire MT business unit of GIT. This includes all business areas ( Production, HR, Administrative, etc).
