Alumni Relations Officer

The Alumni Officer is responsible for the planning and implementation of programs and projects that strategically engage alumni.

The Abdalian alumni community currently numbers approximately 6,000.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Plan, implement and promote alumni programs that support CCH's strategic plan
• Ensure accurate and complete alumni database records; capture contact, biographical and career information of alumni
• Establish and build relationships with a wide range of alumni, locally, regionally nationally and internationally.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelors from an HEC recognized university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to work collaboratively and courteously
• Proficient in MS Office. Web development knowledge a bonus.
• High professional and ethical standards for handling confidential information
• Preferably 1 year job experience in a management/ administrative position
• 23-30 years old Male
• Ex-abdalians are encouraged 

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT:

• One year contract that is extendable based on performance.
• Possibility of permanent retention
• Gross Salary range between Rs. 22,500/- to 32,000/- PM (Lump-Sum) depending on experience and skills.
