Area Coordinator
- Education Bachelors
- Experience At least 2 years of working experience preferably in Administration side.
- Required Skills
- Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have a proactive approach to problems
- Disseminate policies and instructions to the principals as and when necessary
- Maintain record of all communications made between schools and area office besides other departments
- Ensure dispatch and receipt of mail and parcels between area office and schools as per SOP.
- Liaise with accounts department and ensure release of school subsidy on time
- Verification, compilation and submission of logistic requirements of schools
- Check and distribute academic supplies such as books, manuals, centralized examination papers and observation/ evaluation forms when delivered by education team or regional coordinator
- Coordinate with principals on multiple events such as training, workshops etc
- Timely compilation and submission of monthly student strength report and enter student strength report in the MIS
- Assist area managers in receiving, accounting and distributing annual requirement of books, note books uniforms, and printed stationery delivered by vendor
- Ensure issuance of all materials (academic and administrative) to the school from area office on proper issue voucher
- Assist area manager in organizing and conduct of various TCF events
- Compile and submit visit reports and area manager’s monthly report on regular basis.
