Receptionist Job in International Organization Multan

Relevant Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Receptionist
  • Holds Bachelor Degree
  • Good health and personal hygiene.
  • Alert and vigilant
  • Basic literacy and math skills.
  • Good communication and IT skills.
  • Responsiveness to direction and willingness to learn.

Job Description:
  • Supervises, leads guides and supports the cleaner/Helper and cook.
  • Prepare time sheets for support staff.
  • Arrange hotel reservation for field staff and track record.
  • Support to HR and Admin for record keeping and filing.
  • Greet and direct visitors and callers, as appropriate.
  • Provide information about programs and services, as requested and appropriate;
  • Operate the telephone switchboard and place calls, as requested;
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate phone logs;
  • Process and document incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Keep guidelines and procedures while performing any of the mentioned responsibility
  • Prepare mail pouches, including transmittal sheets, for field offices;
  • Keep close contact with the courier services for safe and fast delivery of mail to the field    offices.
  • Supervise the office stationery store, including ordering and distribution of stationery supplies and basic office equipment in coordination.
  • Manage petty cash for kitchen.
  • Keep record of all visitors taking meal and charge them on daily basis for food.
  • Perform other duties, as needed or requested.
