Eni Pakistan limited is an oil & gas exploration and production company. It is part of Eni SpA, one of the world's largest oil companies with operations in 90 countries. Eni Pakistan is the operator of Bhit, Badhra and Kadanwari gas fields and many other on-shore and off-shore exploration licenses and is currently, the largest foreign producer of hydrocarbon in Pakistan.
Eni is looking for self-motivated candidates having following qualifications and experience to fill the listed below positions at our Bhit gas Field.

Electrical Engineer (2 positions)

The Job

Technical:
Expert in leading major overhauls, preventive / predictive and shutdown maintenance activities for Electrical equipment installed at the gas processing plant.
Hands on experience of maintenance and troubleshooting on Medium Voltage (upto 11kV) switchgear, alternators, digital excitation systems, motors and transformers. Detailed knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of PLC based control systems for Load Management, Gas / Diesel Engines, Synchronization etc.
Hands on experience of configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Microprocessor based generator / motor and transformer protection relays.
Assessment of reliability issues with the Electrical system / equipment and implement preventive / corrective actions to enhance its reliability / availability for optimum plant operation. Good understanding of international standards (IEC, IEEE, ATEX, NEMA etc) related to Electrical system design and maintenance. Excellent knowledge of relevant standards and best practices related to Electrical Safety and Legal / Audit requirements for Electrical systems.
Conversant with architecture, philosophy and troubleshooting of SCADA based switchgear controls.

Non-Technical:
Preparation of OPEX & CAPEX budget, monitoring and control of spares inventory to meet approved budget targets. Hands on and detailed experience of CMMS (preferably SAP), in-depth knowledge of contracts management including preparation of technical Scope of Work / Specifications for establishing long term service agreements.
Admirable self and team management skills. Leadership capabilities to ensure motivation of team members, conducive work environment and to maximize output of the workforce under pressure conditions.

Qualifications
- BE (Electrical) from HEC recognized University
- Computer literate with good command over Microsoft Office

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Fertilizer / Petrochemical industry.

Maintenance Planning Engineer (2 positions)

The Job

Technical:
- Hands on expertise in Maintenance Planning covering the following aspects;
- Routine Maintenance Planning & progress monitoring.
- Shutdown Planning, progress monitoring & close out.
Thorough understanding of Key Performance Indicators related to plant maintenance and how to prepare, monitor & analyse them.
Preparation of OPEX & CAPEX budget, monitoring and control of spares inventory to meet approved budget targets.
In-depth knowhow of contracts management including preparation of technical Scope of Work / Specifications for establishing long term service agreements with hands on skills for management of outsourced services.
Must have hands on experience in Shutdown Projects Management utilizing standard Project Management tools.

Non-Technical:
Must be able to maintain close inter-functional liaison between Maintenance, Production, Contracts & Procurement & Finance departments.
- Strong communication & report writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & Presentation skills.
- Compassionate team player with a thorough understanding of team dynamics. Leadership capabilities to ensure motivation of cross functional team members & thinking out of the box capabilities.
Conversant with Risk Assessment, Permit to Work System, Job Safety Analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis and Root Cause Analysis techniques.

Qualifications: BE from any HEC recognized University.

Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Fertilizer / Petrochemical industry
- Must have command of SAP (CMMS) Preventive Maintenance & Material Management Modules

Shift Engineer (2 positions)

The Job

Technical:
  • Responsible for safe and efficient operation of Wellheads, Process plant facilities and Utilities systems to meet production targets.
  • Expert in handling operational emergencies, unit shutdowns and start-up activities. Should be conversant with Risk Assessment and Permit to Work System.
  • Should be able to communicate and implement preventive & corrective maintenance activities with other disciplines. Active participation in annual shutdown planning and safe execution is must.
  • Should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to solve day to day plant operational issues. Hands-on experience of DCS is an added advantage.
  • Manage chemicals inventory, refills & other consumables and ensure its availability at all times. Planning & controlling production budget (Opex/Capex) and strive for its optimization.
  • Hands on experience of SAP, Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS and PROII are an added advantage.
Non-Technical:
  • Should have in-depth knowhow of contracts management including preparation of technical Scope of Work / Specifications for establishing long term service agreements.
  • Able to lead a professional team of supervisors/operators both technically and administratively. Responsible for developing multi-skill team through cross trainings.
  • Should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively network within the organization to improve operation strategies. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Admirable self and team management skills. Leadership capabilities to ensure motivation of team members, Maintain conducive work environment and should be able to work under pressure.

Qualifications
- BE Chemical from HEC recognized University
- Computer literate with good command over Microsoft Office.

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry.

Inspection and Corrosion Engineer (2 positions)

The Job

Technical:
  • Expert in managing inspection programs to identify / predict problems in Stationary & Rotating equipment and proposing preventive / corrective actions accordingly. Bringing improvement in quality of inspection regimes.
  • Expert in Field & On-line vibration analyses to monitor health of running machines. Suggesting remedial measures to prevent potential problems and define appropriate monitoring frequencies.
  • Evaluation of piping, pressure vessels and tanks inspection results and proposing remedial actions based on service conditions and thickness reduction trends. Prepare data to implement and update Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodology to enhance Plant Integrity & Reliability and optimizing inspection frequencies, maintenance cost and Plant availability.
  • Expertise in corrosion rate monitoring techniques, Cathodic protection system assessment and optimization of corrosion inhibitor injection programs.
  • Expertise in Boroscopy Inspections, Lube oil analysis, lifting gears inspections and PSV calibration / Testing. Implement and utilize Inspection Manager Software for streamlining the records of Inspection activities.
  • In depth knowledge and understanding with API, ASME, ASTM & NACE standards.
Non-Technical:
  • Conversant with Risk Assessment, Permit to Work System, Job Safety Analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis and Root Cause Analysis techniques.

Mechanical Engineer (2 positions)

The Job

Technical:
  • Expert in leading mechanical maintenance activities on stationary as well as rotary equipment. Troubleshooting, Corrective & Preventive Maintenance planning and its implementation on critical equipment including Gas Engines, Gas Turbines, Multistage Reciprocating / Centrifugal Turbo Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns etc. Highly experienced in shutdown planning & execution utilizing best maintenance practices.
  • In-depth Knowledge & practical experience of lifting gears & Heavy lifting equipment and their inspection / Testing as per relevant code & standards to ensure safety at work place.
  • Familiarity with relevant API codes / ASTM standards & renowned equipment Maintenance & reliability best practices (RBI, RCM). Hands on experience of troubleshooting of plant critical equipment by utilizing best condition monitoring techniques & familiarity with Critical machines monitoring systems to enhance machines reliability. Familiarity with ISO / OHSAS standards is preferable.
Non-Technical:
  • Conversant with Risk Assessment, Permit to Work System, Job Safety Analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
  • Preparation of OPEX & CAPEX budget, monitoring and control of spares inventory to meet approved budget targets. Hands on and detailed experience of CMMS (preferably SAP). Instrument Technician (2 Positions)

The Job
  • Perform maintenance & calibration of field instruments, control valves, Fire & Gas equipments, on-line Analyzers, Gas Chromatographs
  • Read & understand P&IDs, Loop drawings, Logic narrative & symbols.
  • Assist Assistant Mechanical Engineer in improving availability and reliability of rotary equipment through effective and quality rotary equipment maintenance.
  • Assist to Co-ordinate and execute planned rotary equipment maintenance tasks during shutdowns.
  • Hands on experience of maintenance and troubleshooting of rotary equipments such as Centrifugal / Reciprocating / Screw Compressors, Gas turbines, centrifugal / positive displacement Pumps, Fin Fans, Gas engines etc.
  • Hands-on experience of using computerized maintenance module (preferably SAP) for updating maintenance history of Mechanical equipment and inventory utilization.
  • Ability to identify critical spares for Rotary machines and ensure minimum stock level in the inventory.
  • Ability to prepare concise and meaningful maintenance reports of the rotary equipment.
  • Knowledge of HSE Management System such as permit to work, job safety analysis and risk assessment.
  • Hands on experience of maintenance and troubleshooting of DCS / ESD, PLC based Systems (preferably Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, Siemens PLC Systems) and Bentley Nevada 3500 vibration monitoring system
  • Expertise in Control Valve overhauling & Instrument tubing & fitting will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience of using computerized maintenance module (preferably SAP) for updating maintenance history of Instruments & control Systems and inventory utilization.
  • Ability to identify critical spares for Instruments & control System and ensure minimum stock level in the inventory.
  • Knowledge of HSE Management System such as permit to work, job safety analysis and risk assessment.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with peers, subordinates and superiors.
Qualifications: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation

Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Fertilizer / Petrochemical industry.

Inspection Technician (2 positions)

The Job
  • Hands on experience in Field & On-line vibration analyses to monitor health of Rotary machines. Suggesting remedial measures to prevent potential problems and define appropriate monitoring frequencies.
  • Hands on experience of piping, pressure vessels, tanks and heat exchanger inspections during shutdown and normal plant operation.
  • Expertise in NDT techniques (PT, MT, UT, UFD, RT, HT) and to develop procedures for welding, welder qualification, Hydraulic Test, Pneumatic Test & Leak test.
  • Hands on experience of corrosion rate monitoring techniques (weight - loss coupons, ER probes) and PSP survey of cathodic protection system assessment.
  • Hands on experience of Boroscopy inspection, scaffolding inspection, lifting gears inspections and PSV calibration / Testing. Implement and utilize Inspection Manager Software for streamlining the records of Inspection activities.
  • Ability to identify critical spares and ensure minimum stock level in the inventory.
  • In depth knowledge and understanding with API, ASME, ASTM & NACE standards.
  • Knowledge of HSE Management System such as permit to work, job safety analysis and risk assessment.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with peers, subordinates and superiors.
Qualifications: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering / B.Sc.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Fertilizer / Petrochemical industry.

Production Technician (4 Positions)

The Job
  • High level of technical knowledge for centrifugal / reciprocating machines, gas turbines, amine system, dehydration system and cryogenic process is must.
  • Should be conversant with Permit to Work System and capable to participate and supervise maintenance jobs till safe completion.
  • Should be able to fill log sheets, start-up & shut down check lists responsibly and able to report anomalies in time. Should able to identify plant issues and suggest remedial measures.
  • Should be able to work in harsh weather in remote area and participate in routine and shutdown activities.
  • Able to handle start up, shutdowns and emergency situation independent and confidently.
  • Familiarize with good industrial HSE practices and should be able to demonstrate high level of HSE awareness.
  • Good interpersonal, behaviour and communication skills are must.
Qualifications: Diploma in Chemical/ Petroleum technology or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Fertilizer / Petrochemical industry.

Electrical Technician (2 positions)

The Job
  • Hands on experience of maintenance and troubleshooting on Medium Voltage (upto 11kV) switchgear, alternators, motors and transformers.
  • Experience of troubleshooting PLC based control systems (preferably Siemens and GE Fanuc).
  • Hands on experience of configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Microprocessor based generator, motor and transformer protection relays (preferably MiCOM relays).
  • Hands-on experience of using computerized maintenance module (preferably SAP) for updating maintenance history of Electrical equipment and inventory utilization.
  • Ability to identify critical spares for Electrical equipment and ensure minimum stock level in the inventory.
  • Knowledge of HSE Management System such as permit to work, job safety analysis and risk assessment.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with peers, subordinates and superiors.
Qualifications: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Fertilizer / Petrochemical industry.

Mechanical Technician (2 positions)

The Job
  • Hands on experience of maintenance and troubleshooting of rotary equipments such as Centrifugal / Reciprocating / Screw Compressors, Gas turbines, centrifugal / positive displacement Pumps, Fin Fans, Gas engines etc.
  • Hands-on experience of using computerized maintenance module (preferably SAP) for updating maintenance history of Mechanical equipment and inventory utilization.
  • Ability to identify critical spares for Rotary machines and ensure minimum stock level in the inventory.
  • - Ability to prepare concise and meaningful maintenance reports of the rotary equipment.
  • Assist Assistant Mechanical Engineer in improving availability and reliability of rotary equipment through effective and quality rotary equipment maintenance.
  • Assist to Co-ordinate and execute planned rotary equipment maintenance tasks during shutdowns.
  • Knowledge of HSE Management System such as permit to work, job safety analysis and risk assessment.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with peers, subordinates and Superiors.
Qualification: Bachelor's of Technology (B-Tech) or Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 08 years proven hands-on experience of maintaining rotary equipments in Oil & Gas / Fertilizer / Petrochemical industry. Experience in Gas Turbine and Compressor Maintenance is essential.
